In an empty working folder, build a "night round" starter for an AI agent, with a stand-in job that waits a few seconds and
then says "work done". Stay inside this folder, make no network connections and install no schedule. The starter must never
let two rounds run at once, must stop a job that takes too long, and must write one dated line to a log for every start,
finish, skip and abort. Write down, but do not install, how I would start it every night at half past two. Test it yourself and
show me the log of a normal round, of a second round started alongside it, and of a round with a very short time limit.
