In an empty working folder, build a test setup for restarting stuck agents: a task list in a file with five made-up tasks, a
dummy worker that ticks tasks off one by one and can be made to hang on a chosen task, and a watchdog that notices the silence,
stops the worker with everything it started, and starts it again. Stay inside this folder and make no network connections.
A task that hangs twice must be set aside, and the watchdog gives up after a few attempts. Test it yourself: show me one run
where the worker hangs once and everything still gets done, and one run where it hangs every time and that task is set aside.
Show the final list, and check that no process is left running.
