Start a booking app with the rules, not with code

Start a booking app with the rules, not with code.
My appointments run through WhatsApp. This is how I set up something like that with agents, step by step:
- Write the rules as plain text: which time slots exist, how far ahead, which days count double.
- Have an agent turn that into a small tool that answers one question: is this moment possible?
- Have another agent read the messages in WhatsApp and call that tool.
- Let the agent make a proposal and not book by itself. The customer confirms with yes or no.
- Whatever falls outside the rules goes to a person.
The person decides the rules and every exception. The agents build and carry out.
Whoever writes the rules down first does not have to guess afterwards what the app should do.
Which rule from your calendar would you write down first?
