An idea no longer goes in the drawer
In the past an idea went into the drawer, to do something with it in a few years.
Not anymore. An idea, a sketch or a note goes straight into the workflow. My team works it out and checks it. Sometimes we throw it away, often we work it out.
I come up with things, and I get assistance right away. That way every idea gets the chance to grow.
