A day of AI for care and municipalities

Your staff already use AI, or are about to: for reports, letters, summaries and questions from residents or clients. What is often missing is one shared day in which they do that with their own work, and agree on what is and is not fine.

Floris is a software engineer who builds AI agents and trains people. He spends a whole day with you, at a care organisation, at the town hall or anywhere else in the north. Together with a team you work on real tasks from your own working day. At the end there are ground rules on paper: which data never goes into AI, where someone checks the result, and what your team learned itself.

Organisations have to support the AI literacy of their staff (AI Act, article 4). An Expert Day produces a list of participants, the team's ground rules and an overview of who is up next. That is a building block for your own policy, not proof of compliance.
