A day of AI for installation and construction companies
An Expert Day for companies that build, install and maintain.
Your work happens on site and at the customer's, but the paperwork around it travels with you. Three questions we hear often:
- Quotes and job preparation. Reading a specification, working out quantities, writing a quote and then entering the same data again. What can AI prepare, and what must a skilled person always check?
- Too few hands. According to Techniek Nederland the labour market remains the biggest threat to further growth in the installation sector. Every hour of paperwork is an hour not spent on the job. Where does AI help most?
- Files and handover documents. For new builds in the lowest risk class, the Dutch Building Quality Assurance Act (Wkb) requires a handover file at completion. Who puts such a file together, what goes in it, and what stays with the company itself?
Floris is a software engineer who builds AI agents and trains people. He comes to you for a full day, at your office or another place, and works with a team on tasks from your own working day, such as a quote, a specification or a handover document.
In his book AI agents that do the work the exercises run on the sample administration of a construction company.
Price and requests: a day with Floris.
