A day of AI for staffing and recruitment agencies
An Expert Day for agencies that bring people and work together.
Your recruiters already use AI for job ads, reading CVs and writing messages. Three questions we hear often:
- Applications that all look polished. When everyone has AI write the CV and cover letter, a pile gets harder to read, not easier. What do you still look at, and what do you leave to a model?
- Matching without a black box. Who can explain why someone is or is not on the shortlist? Under the AI Act, AI for recruitment and selection counts among the systems with extra requirements, and requirements about age, origin or health do not belong in a job ad.
- Candidate data. CVs, interviews and notes are personal data, sometimes sensitive. What may a model read, what do you keep and for how long, and who checks before anything goes to a client or candidate?
Floris is a software engineer who builds AI agents and trains people. He comes to you for a full day, at your office or another place, and works with a team on tasks from your own working day, such as a job ad, a pile of applications or a message to a candidate.
In his book Human out of the loop you read where a person keeps watching along in a process.
Price and requests: a day with Floris.
