What I keep, and why

Your name and email address: to invite you and to give you access.

What you make in the studio: your files and your conversations with agents are in your own account, separate from other users.

Your account or API key with an AI provider: these stay in your own account on the server; I do not read them. What an agent sends to that provider goes under your account.

The studio uses one cookie, to keep you signed in. No ads, no tracking.

How long

I keep your data as long as your account exists, and remove it within 30 days after it ends, together with your files.

Where

On a server in Falkenstein, Germany (EU). If a backup at another provider is added, it will be in the EU too, and I will name it here.

Mailing lists

If you sign up for news (the audiobook, the second book, the studio, Sawasara), I keep your email address, the list, the page you signed up on and the moment you confirmed. Only to send you that list and to show that you asked for it, and never for anyone else.

You first get an email to confirm; an address you do not confirm within a week is removed. Your address stays until you unsubscribe. After that I keep only a scrambled code of your address and the date for 90 days, so you are not added again by mistake.

You may ask what I hold, have it corrected or have everything removed: email info@florisknol.com, or click "Remove my data" under every email. The mail goes through Resend; the list itself is on my server in Germany (EU).
