How does this team work?
I come up with the ideas, and my team works them out. Every idea, sketch, note and voice message goes straight into the workflow. The agents work it out and check it; sometimes something is dropped, often it grows into something finished.
Every idea goes into the workflow
A sketch becomes an illustration in the style of the book. A note becomes a task with a clear goal. When I see something that is off, I send a screenshot: it is picked up, fixed and checked. And in the car, at the fishing pond or in the evening on the sofa, I record a message for my assistant, and she gets to work.
So no idea stays in a drawer to be picked up years later. Everything is looked at, half of it is worked out, and what is good keeps growing.

Everyone has a role
Everyone in the team has a task of their own: the mail and the appointments, the books, the quotes and invoices, keeping track of what is going on. What one agent does, another checks, and what matters I decide myself. A question that waits for me reaches me in one place, with a proposal.
How the team came about
It started with one agent that kept working while I did something else. Then a second one joined, work that went on at night, and work I could follow from my phone. Every question that raised became a way of working, and every way of working a piece of tooling. So it grew into a team with roles, which keeps working when I change places.

What I use
Everything runs on my own Wantzel Studio: the place where the team works, the tasks, the mail, the memory and the checks. My own AI subscriptions run inside it. My assistant can be reached by mail and WhatsApp, including a voice message.
