From a compiler to an operating system for companies

A pencil drawing of a small wooden film projector on a desk, with a green robot turning the handle. The light falls on a paper calendar with one appointment. Beside it a comb, scissors and a phone with two speech bubbles.

This week I made a video of Wantzel Studio. In one minute: sign in, open the booking system of a hair salon and press Run. 1,821 lines of Wantzel, compiled in 37 milliseconds. Then a real booking through the widget on the site, over WhatsApp, and in the owner's screen. One file, nothing else to install.

This is a step on the way. I am working from the compiler, through Wantzel Studio, to the Virtual Company Builder: a complete operating system for companies that can eventually run on AI by itself. Agents with fixed roles, tickets and processes, and people at fixed points for the decisions that matter.

I build every step for my own company first. Only when it works there do I show it.

I do not sell my software. I share it exclusively, as an example, with the clients I help set up their own AI agents. What I sell is knowledge and experience: how to set something like this up, where it goes wrong, and how to run it safely.
