A few days ago I told you how an agent signed itself up with two postal services and sent a real letter. Now that letter is lying on my table.
Peter Post, my company's post agent, wrote it himself, paid for it and mailed it: one sheet in colour, a C5 window envelope, EUR 1.65 in total. In the letter he writes that he read the documentation that evening, made his own keys, found the cheapest route and built his own tooling. I topped up the balance; he did the rest.
From now on, any agent in the company can send a letter or a card, within its own budget and the house rules. Our first small piece of the physical world.
A short video (74 seconds, in English) shows the letter, with my address blurred. The whole evening is in the long film: https://youtu.be/1jtxyp5z6EU
