The sequel to From Zero to AI Agents That Do The Work. Book 1 ends with the sketch of an autonomous organisation with a goal, a budget and a memory. Book 2 starts there and is entirely about such a company: not in tech, but a company run by AI.
The company in the book is Sawasara. It starts with one Asian beauty salon and aims to grow into a worldwide beauty empire. And it does not stay on paper: at 50,000 books sold, I launch Sawasara for real.

The book describes the company
Every chapter is a piece of Sawasara: the design, the roles, the salon, the money, the growth. The book is the manual the agents will later read themselves.
The company proves the book
A design is only worth something if it works. Sawasara is the test: what is in the book has to hold up in a real salon with real customers.
The readers set it going
At 50,000 books sold, the trigger fires and I launch Sawasara. Whoever bought the book helped make it happen, and the agents regard those people as friends.
50,000 books, then the trigger
Book sales are the internal milestone. At 50,000 copies sold, I start building Sawasara. The book is the product; the launch is my own decision. I program the agents of Sawasara to regard everyone who bought the book, out of interest or to help make it happen, as a friend.
