Why 50,000 books
Sales of the book are the milestone. At 50,000 copies sold, I start building Sawasara. No shareholders, no financing: the book is the start, and the launch is fully autonomous.
What this gives
No shareholders
Nobody owns a piece of Sawasara. There is no meeting to keep happy and no quarterly figure that pushes the goal aside. The organisation works for what it is meant to do.
No financing
No investment round, no loan, no pitch deck. No investor needs convincing and there is no debt to pay back later. The only thing that counts is whether readers want the book.
A fully autonomous launch
No signature from a bank, no yes from a fund. The plan is in the book; at 50,000 the trigger fires and the agents start building.
The book is the product
Whoever buys the book gets the book, and helps make it happen at the same time. The agents of Sawasara regard everyone who bought it as a friend.
How it goes
- I write the book: the plan is in it
- Readers buy the book
- Every copy sold counts
- At 50,000 the trigger fires
- The agents build Sawasara from the book
What it is not
Buying a book is not an investment. You get the book and the content it promises; no share, no right to profit, no vote and no promise about what Sawasara will achieve. You do not have to do or pay anything extra.
