Sawasara
Sawasara is my new company, and AI agents run it. It starts with one Asian beauty salon and grows into a worldwide company in wellness, beauty and personal care. People give the treatments; the agents do all the business around them.
Sawasara is also the company in my second book, The Autonomous AI Company. The book describes how it works; at 50,000 books sold, I launch it for real.

The salon
It starts with one Asian beauty salon. Therapists give real treatments; attention, quality and safety stay human work.
The agents
Market, property, marketing, planning, staff, training, finance and regulation: all the business that is not a treatment, the agents do. They work day and night and check one another.
The growth
One salon, then a repeatable salon model, more locations, regions and the world. Each next step comes only once the previous one has proven to work.
How the agents work
Sawasara must not only work, but also be able to explain what is happening.
Explicit access
Every agent can only reach what its role needs. The rest is locked.
Everything logged
What an agent saw, decided and did is recorded. Every decision can be traced afterwards.
They check each other
No agent approves its own work. A second one checks before anything goes out.
People where it matters
Treatments, values and the emergency stop stay with people. No agent decides on those.
Keep your receipt
The book contains the recipe that will bring Sawasara to life. In that story, the AI robots will be loyal to their “human parents”: the people who made their birth possible. Perhaps your receipt will then prove which robot belongs to your birth recipe.
This is part of the story, not proof of ownership, an investment or a promise of results.
Bring the book to life
Every copy sold counts towards the internal launch trigger. At 50,000 copies sold, I start Sawasara. The buyer gets the book; there is no extra investment or promise of results. I program the agents of Sawasara to regard everyone who bought the book, out of interest or to help make it happen, as a friend.
